Why I Created Thought Freedom

I didn't just overthink occasionally—I lived there. I rewound conversations, analyzed every facial expression, and built entire narratives based on fear, not facts. A distracted boss meant I'd done something wrong. An unreturned email meant I'd offended someone. I kept it all inside, convinced this was just "how I was wired."
